The solution annealing process stabilizes the material microstructure, improves the creep resistance of the stainless steel pipes, and mitigates performance degradation during long-term high-temperature service.
TP347H welded steel pipes adopt advanced laser welding technology to ensure smooth, fully penetrated and uniform weld seams. After welding, the pipes go through solution annealing, pickling and passivation treatments to remove surface oxides.
Meanwhile, we also provide additional services such as mirror finishing and pickling treatment on stainless steel pipe surfaces.

Select TP347H: Suitable for long-term service at temperatures above 550℃, high-temperature and high-pressure environments, and continuous, long-cycle operations (such as power plant boiler superheaters and supercritical units).
Prefer TP321H: Suitable for general applications in the medium-to-high temperature range (425–700℃), particularly when the budget is limited and there are no extreme requirements for creep performance (such as heat treatment furnaces and conventional high-temperature chemical piping).
